I design and build websites for small practices and independent professionals. Five demos below — each built around a single idea worth remembering, rather than a template with the names swapped.

Riverside Family Dental

Family and general dentistry — Millbrook, Ontario

A three-generation family dental practice in small-town Ontario, pitched on being unhurried and local rather than clinical. The signature element takes the name literally: four concentric ripple rings that draw themselves outward in the hero like a stone dropped in a river, with the same ripple reused as a wave-form section divider in place of the usual hairline rule.

Miriam Adler

Classical musician: private voice and piano lessons, plus collaborative accompaniment — New York City

A Manhattan soprano and pianist selling two very different things to two different audiences: private lessons to students and parents, and accompaniment to other working musicians. The signature element is a live three-stave vocal score in the hero — her name set between the soprano line and the piano part, because she is both — which flattens, settles and collapses into a notation mark in the nav as you scroll past it.

Wheeler & Daughters Plumbing

Residential service-and-repair plumbing: emergency calls, water heaters, repiping — Denver, Colorado

A 15-year family plumbing shop in Denver whose competitors all publish their service area as a bulleted list of town names. The signature element is the dispatch board: a hand-drawn schematic of the metro with the shop pinned at Alameda & Federal, where picking a neighborhood animates a route out along the I-25/I-70 grid while the real drive time counts up — backed by a hero that reads Denver’s actual local time and changes what it says at 2am.

Ellsworth Dental Studio

Elective cosmetic dentistry and Invisalign for adult professionals — South End, Charlotte, North Carolina

A Charlotte cosmetic practice selling discretion to professionals who don’t want anyone to know they had work done, so the page inverts the category’s ‘transform your smile’ headline into ‘nobody should be able to tell.’ The signature is a 26-stage Invisalign scrubber — drag the rail and a drawn upper arch actually moves from crowded to aligned while attachments appear at week three and a mono readout tracks stage, week and check-in; every smile on the page is hand-authored vector dentition from one drawing engine, never a stock photo or a fabricated patient result.

Rae Whitfield

Independent buyer-side real estate agent: first-time homebuyers and downtown condos — Nashville, Tennessee

An independent Nashville agent whose brokerage profile page looks identical to every other agent’s, selling to first-time buyers who don’t know what the process even is. The first whole-page scroll narrative in the set: the page’s sky runs pre-dawn to daylight as you read, a downtown condo tower resolves floor by floor beside the copy, and at the offer-accepted beat one window lights up gold — a stranger’s floor plan becoming your address — and stays lit through to the keys. Built on GSAP ScrollTrigger, inlined rather than linked.
